These Terms govern use of the RÆV online store and purchases made through it, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Identity and contact
RÆV is a clothing brand operated from Portugal. For support and order communications, email soporte.raev@gmail.com. The store uses Shopify technology.
Use of the store
You must use the site lawfully and must not damage it, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, commit fraud, impersonate others or infringe the rights of RÆV or third parties.
Products
We aim to provide accurate photographs, colors, descriptions, compositions and measurements. Display may vary by screen and small textile manufacturing tolerances may occur. Essential characteristics appear on the product page.
Prices, taxes and promotions
Prices, applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown before order confirmation. Promotions may be limited by date, stock, product, territory or specific terms. A clear pricing error does not require us to supply at an obviously incorrect price; we will contact you to confirm or cancel and refund.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The contract is confirmed when we accept the order or begin preparing it. We may reject or cancel for non-payment, unavailability, reasonable fraud suspicion, delivery limitations, material error or breach. Any amount already charged will be refunded where appropriate.
Payments are processed by providers shown at checkout. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use the chosen method. RÆV does not store complete card details.
Shipping, returns and guarantee
See our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds. Legal conformity rights remain unaffected. New movable goods sold to consumers in Portugal benefit from the applicable three-year legal guarantee.
Intellectual property
RÆV trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, videos, text and graphics are protected. They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without written permission.
Liability and force majeure
We do not exclude liability where prohibited by law. Within legal limits, we are not liable for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, unavoidable events or third-party services outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for delays caused by such events, but will seek to communicate and reduce their impact.

Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country where applicable. We will try to resolve issues through support. Consumers may also use legally recognized complaint and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
