This Policy explains how RÆV, a clothing brand operated from Portugal, collects, uses, retains and shares personal information when you visit the store, make a purchase, join the community or contact us.
Controller and contact
RÆV is responsible for personal data used to operate the store and manage customer relationships. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email soporte.raev@gmail.com. For security and traceability, support is provided in writing.
Data we process
- Name, email, billing and delivery information required to manage orders.
- Products, amounts, discounts, returns, order status and payment method. RÆV does not store complete card details.
- Account information, language, preferences and communication subscriptions.
- IP address, browser, device, identifiers, store activity and cookie data.
- Messages, requests and complaints you send us.
Purposes and legal bases
- Managing purchases, payments, delivery, returns and support to perform our contract with you.
- Complying with tax, accounting, consumer protection and security obligations.
- Preventing fraud, protecting the store and improving its operation based on legitimate interests.
- Sending releases and promotions when you have consented. You may withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Using non-essential measurement, personalization or advertising where consent is required and has been provided.
Shopify and service providers
The store runs on Shopify. We may also use payment, hosting, analytics, marketing, fraud prevention, logistics and delivery providers. They receive only the data needed to provide their services and are subject to their own legal and contractual duties.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses are used together with appropriate security measures.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, comply with legal obligations, resolve issues and defend rights. It is then securely deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You may also complain to the competent data protection authority. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
Minors and security
The store is not intentionally directed at minors who cannot validly enter into a purchase. We apply reasonable safeguards, although no system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send complete card details or sensitive financial information by email.
