RÆV, a clothing brand operated from Portugal, processes personal information to operate the store, manage orders, payments, delivery, returns, customer support and, where consent is given, marketing communications.

Information we may process

We may process customer identity and contact details, billing and delivery information, order and transaction data, preferences, support communications and technical information such as IP address, device, browser and store activity. RÆV does not store complete payment-card details.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information to perform the purchase contract, comply with legal duties, prevent fraud, protect and improve the store and answer requests. Promotional communications and non-essential technologies are used with consent where required.

Shopify and service providers

The store runs on Shopify and may use payment, hosting, analytics, marketing, fraud-prevention, logistics and delivery providers. They receive only the information necessary to provide their services. Some processing may involve international transfers protected by safeguards recognized under applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as necessary to manage the customer relationship, comply with legal obligations, resolve issues and defend rights. We apply reasonable security measures, although no system can guarantee absolute protection.
